Step by step
- 1
Buy the right sheets
OnlineLabels OL1067 in a laser material — White Matte (Laser) or Weatherproof Polyester (Laser). Don't use inkjet-only glossy in a laser printer; it can smear or melt.
- 2
Make your label
Open the Label Maker, pick colors or upload your artwork, then press Print sheet (or download the 300 DPI sheet).
- 3
Set the printer
Scale: 100% / Actual size — never "Fit to page". Paper size: Letter. Paper type: Labels or Heavy. Margins: none / borderless if offered.
- 4
Test on plain paper
Print one copy on plain paper, hold it over a label sheet against a window, and check the boxes line up with the stickers.
- 5
Load and print
Use the manual / bypass tray if your printer has one — it gives a straighter path. Load one sheet at a time, face as your printer's tray icon shows.
- 6
Let it set
Let the sheet cool for a minute before peeling so the toner fully bonds.
If labels are off
- Everything shrunk or shifted toward the middle → scaling is on. Set 100% / Actual size.
- All labels shifted the same way → printer offset. Adjust the tray guides, or use the printer's alignment setting.
- Lower rows drift → feed slip. Use the manual tray, one sheet at a time.
- Toner rubs off → choose the "Labels" or "Heavy" paper type so the printer heats more.
