Master Research Supply & Terms of Sale Agreement

1. Acceptance
By browsing, placing an order, or submitting payment on this site you agree to this Master Research Supply & Terms of Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") with Unlisted Research Labs ("URL", "we"). If you do not agree, do not purchase.
2. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, supplements or medical devices and are not for human or animal consumption. You represent that you are 18 or older, a qualified researcher, and solely responsible for lawful handling, storage and disposal in your jurisdiction.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted only once payment is received. Crypto prices are the base price; card payments include a 15% processing surcharge. Bitcoin orders include a 3% network buffer. Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.
4. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds except where URL, at its sole discretion, issues a reship or store credit for a verified carrier loss or verified fulfillment error reported within 7 days of delivery.
5. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
By choosing to purchase from this site you irrevocably waive any right to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute claim against Unlisted Research Labs with any card issuer, bank, wallet provider, or payment processor. You agree to contact us first to resolve any issue. Any chargeback or dispute filed in breach of this clause is a material breach; you agree to reimburse the order amount, fees, and reasonable recovery costs, and your account, IP addresses and devices may be permanently banned.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon hand-off to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and for any customs, import rules or seizures in your jurisdiction.
7. No Warranties
Products are provided "as is" for research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, URL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any certificates of analysis are informational only.
8. Limitation of Liability
URL's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order at issue. URL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any misuse of products.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URL, its owners, sellers and suppliers from any claims, losses or costs arising from your purchase, use or misuse of products or your breach of this Agreement.
10. Binding Arbitration & Class Waiver
Any dispute is resolved by confidential, individual binding arbitration rather than in court, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Marketplace Sellers
Approved third-party sellers are independent and responsible for their own listings, payments and shipping. This Agreement, including Section 5, also applies to purchases from sellers through this site.
12. General
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update this Agreement at any time; the version shown at checkout applies to that order.
