Batch Identification Policy
How every vial is tied to its production batch and test documentation.
One vial, one batch
Every vial we ship is labeled with the production batch it came from. A batch is a single production run of a compound — every vial in a batch was filled from the same material at the same time.
Matching your vial to its certificate
Certificates of analysis are published per batch on each product page. To verify your product, find the batch identifier on your vial label, open the product page for that compound, and compare it against the batch listed on each certificate. The certificate whose batch matches your label is the test documentation for the exact material in your vial.
What we never do
We never present a certificate from one batch as evidence for another, and we never publish a certificate that does not name the batch it covers. If the current batch of a product has no published certificate, the product page says so plainly rather than showing an older report.
Questions about a batch
If the batch on your vial does not match any certificate on the product page, contact us through your member portal with your order number and the batch identifier on the label and we will pull the correct documentation. See the lab results page for how certificates are published.
